We hiked 2 days with the donkey Paola (Trossa tour, once 6km and once 8km) and we really enjoyed it. We don't really have much experience with hiking tours and still it was a nice experience. We have 2 children aged 6 and 9. The smallest one could still sit on the donkey which was a windfall. Everything was very well organized, the accommodations were fine, the food was good, there was plenty of time for relaxation at the pool after the hikes.
We also found it interesting to learn a little about how to care for and handle a donkey. This was very well explained by Tinne beforehand.
In short, for us what this a very successful passage in our longer vacation trip in Tuscany, and we can definitely recommend it!
