Good morning, we have started our journey back but would like to let you know that we enjoyed our walks with Selvaggia immensely. From the donkey, the beautiful nature, the wonderful varied routes, the delicious food and the incredibly friendly people. The boys loved sleeping in the tipi tent. We are going to miss Selvaggia. Wir haben die zweitägige Tour „Adio“ bei schönen Wetter im April gemacht. Tinne hat uns am Vortag sehr nett in den Umgang mit unserem Esel Otto eingeführt. Die Wanderung am ersten Tag zum Fluss und dann hoch zu dem hübschen Ort Lubbiano war sehr schön und gemütlich. Otto hat gut mitgemacht und sich bei den saftigen Grün immer wieder gerne bedient :).
Der Agriturismo Landuccia ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und die Kochkünste von Franca waren fantastisch - wir haben ein unglaublich leckeres Abendessen serviert bekommen.
Die Tour dann zurück nach Pomarance, ist etwas anstrengender als am Vortag aber landschaftlich auch sehr schön mit wunderbaren Ausblicken über die sanften Hügel der Toscana. Otto hat uns davor bewahrt, einmal die falsche Abzweigung zu nehmen, ist stehen geblieben und hat mit dem Huf gestampft. Sonst haben wir aber mit den Karten und dem GPS, das uns Tinne mitgegeben hat, den Weg gut gefunden.
Wir können dieses kleine Eseltrekking-Abenteuer gerne empfehlen!
Liebe Tinne, wieder angekommen im Alltag ein Gruß mit ein paar unserer Lieblingsfotos von den tollen Tagen mit Fiamma. Wir haben es sehr genossen in ihrer Begleitung durch die wunderschöne Landschaft zu ziehen. Manche Wege waren tatsächlich eine Herausforderung wahrscheinlich besonders aufgrund des Wetters. Die Unterkünfte waren schön bis wunderbar. Die Essensversorgung haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Ich habe euch bereits wärmstens empfohlen und wenn wir mal wieder genug gespart haben, kommen wir gern wieder
Together with our two kids and Carolina, we enjoyed 5 days of the beautiful Italian countryside.
The hikes were very varied (excellent to follow with the GPS), the altimeters, the streams and the small paths made the trip extra adventurous. Carolina made sure that our daughter could keep up with the pace and that mommy and daddy could enjoy the view. On top of that, when the kids were tired for a while, she also took care of their feet.
The agriturismos where we stayed were the icing on the cake. The peace and quiet by the pool, the delicious food and drinks, the Italian friendliness were exactly what we needed after such sporting days.
Thanks to Tinne's clear explanations and patience, we felt completely ready for this challenge. We can only recommend it to everyone.
At the end of July we did the 4 -day (short) hike with our 2 daughters. Selveggia accompanied us on our trek. What a special adventure it was! We were impressed by the beautiful routes that were at times quite challenging for the children. Up early every morning to get ahead of the heat. Taking care of the donkey at sunrise and then enjoying a delicious breakfast, then your day couldn't be better. How nice it was then to dive into a refreshing pool after the hike and enjoy the fantastic food at the agriturismos. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!!!

Hi Tinne, just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed the last 5 days immensely! The area was beautiful, the agriturismos too and of course Servaggia completed the picture ? When climbing she often needed a push in the poop or steep descents were not her favorite either and she also ran away twice when she heard other donkeys balking ?, but otherwise it was very relaxing to be out and about with her and to take care of her. We even miss her a little bit already ? Thanks again for the fun experience and maybe see you again someday.
We did the Aneo Tour with the donkey named Carolina. Over our 5 days we fell in love with Tuscany and sweet Carolina. After a full breakfast we would spend each day on a unique walk through the hills, rivers and forests. The GPS was easy to follow and Carolina knew the way. In the late afternoon we arrived at beautiful farm stays where were welcomed by sweet people and animals. A delicious (and large) dinner was always prepared for us. I cant say enough nice things about this walking trip! We highly recommend and would happily do it again some day. Thank you Tinne and Carolina!
